Home Buyers
After locating the perfect home, it's difficult to have someone give you a list of things that are "wrong" with it. From the intial contact to delivery of the final report (and beyond) I'm constantly working to make the process as quick & painless as possible for you, without compromising quality.
When you choose me to perform your home inspection, I understand that I work for you. You're trusting me to provide important information about the building that may serve as your family's home for the next several years. That's a responsibility that I take very seriously.

I now provide a free 90 day Buyer's Warranty to help cover issues not revealed by the home inspection. If the water heater stops working the day after you move in, you're covered!

Home Sellers
Having a home inspected before you sell it can reduce headaches, speed up the closing and save you thousands of dollars.
By having your home inspected before the sale, you demonstrate to potential buyers that you are serious about selling the home. All sellers are required to reveal known defects in the home, but an inspection may uncover issues that are not readily apparent.
While you are not required to have the home inspected, chances are that the buyer will request an inspection. They will then request that certain items be repaired, or that the selling price of the home be adjusted downward. In some cases, an easily repaired item on an inspection report results in a lost sale.
Finding these problems ahead of time gives you the opportunity to have repairs made on your timeline and within your budget, or to price the home accordingly. No last-minute, surprise renegotiations, which are a nuisance for all parties involved!
